1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Weddings Without Fuss website, platform, tools, and services (“WWFuss”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Who We Are

Weddings Without Fuss is a clarity platform designed to help couples understand their wedding needs, preferences, and priorities. We are not a marketplace, directory, or booking platform. We do not act as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any vendor or supplier.

WWFuss provides clarity tools, insights, and structured information to support confident decision-making.

3. Eligibility

To use WWFuss, you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• use the platform for personal, non-commercial wedding planning purposes

If you create a vendor account, you must be an authorised representative of the business.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• ensuring your account information is accurate
• maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• all activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used inappropriately.

5. What WWFuss Provides

WWFuss provides:

• clarity assessments
• personalised clarity results
• structured wedding planning insights
• optional vendor subscription tools
• communication channels for enquiries
• platform features that evolve over time

WWFuss does not:

• guarantee vendor availability
• guarantee vendor suitability
• guarantee pricing accuracy
• participate in contract negotiations
• act as a booking agent
• verify vendor licensing or insurance

Couples and vendors are responsible for their own due diligence.

6. Vendor Participation

Vendors may create accounts, subscribe to platform features, and receive enquiries from couples.

Vendors agree to:

• provide accurate business information
• respond professionally to enquiries
• comply with Australian Consumer Law
• honour any commitments made directly to couples
• manage their own pricing, contracts, and service delivery

WWFuss is not responsible for:

• vendor performance
• vendor communication
• vendor cancellations
• disputes between couples and vendors

All agreements between couples and vendors are strictly between those parties.

7. Fees and Payments

Couples may join WWFuss and complete their First Look Summary free of charge as part of our Foundation Member offer, available to the first 500 couples to join.

WWFuss may charge:

• a one-off joining fee for vendors
• a monthly subscription fee for active vendors

All fees are displayed at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If a digital service fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Vendor subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, except where required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• misuse the platform
• attempt to interfere with platform security
• scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content
• use WWFuss for unlawful or harmful purposes
• impersonate another person or business
• submit false or misleading information

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, tools, assessments, and materials on WWFuss are owned by Weddings Without Fuss Pty Ltd.

You may not:

• copy
• reproduce
• distribute
• modify
• reverse engineer
• create derivative works

without our written permission.

You may use the platform for personal wedding planning purposes only.

10. Third-Party Services

WWFuss integrates with trusted third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, CRM management, and automated messaging.

We are not responsible for:

• third-party service outages
• third-party errors
• third-party data handling practices

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WWFuss is provided “as is”
• we do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• we are not liable for vendor actions, omissions, or disputes
• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our digital services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to remedies as required by law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• you breach these Terms
• your account is misused
• your subscription lapses
• we discontinue the service

You may close your account at any time. Vendors must provide one month’s notice to cancel their subscription.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our platform, business operations, or legal requirements. When updated, the Effective Date will change. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
