WWFuss Terms of Use (Couples)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Weddings Without Fuss website, platform and tools. By using our website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to couples and other individuals using WWFuss. Businesses participating as Partners are covered by the WWFuss Partner Agreement and the Partner Code of Conduct, not by these Terms.

WWFuss is a decision-led wedding platform that helps couples establish the shape of their wedding (style, scale, location, priorities and realistic cost direction) before they search for vendors.

We are not a marketplace, directory or booking agent. WWFuss does not act as agent for any couple or for any Partner, takes no part in the agreements you make with vendors, and does not receive commission on any booking.

WWFuss is free for couples to use. If this changes, we will say so clearly before you are asked to pay anything.

To use WWFuss, you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• use the platform for personal wedding planning purposes

You are responsible for:

• ensuring your account information is accurate
• maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• all activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used inappropriately.

WWFuss provides tools that help you establish the direction of your wedding, including a structured set of choices, a visual style direction, an indicative cost guide and a shareable summary of what you have decided.

WWFuss does not:

• make your wedding decisions for you
• guarantee vendor availability or suitability
• guarantee that any estimated cost will reflect the final cost of your wedding
• take part in contract negotiations
• act as a booking agent

WWFuss works with businesses that pay to participate as Partners. Payment does not buy ranking, and payment does not guarantee that a business is recommended to you.

Recommendations are not endorsements. Where WWFuss presents relevant options, it is telling you which Partners appear to suit the wedding you have described. It is not a recommendation that you engage them, an assurance about the quality of their work, or a guarantee of their availability, pricing or conduct. You decide who to approach and who to engage, and the choice remains entirely yours.

Partner checks. Before a business is approved, WWFuss reviews its business registration, whether it is actively operating, and its public reputation. Partners are required to hold and maintain the insurance and licences relevant to their business for as long as they are active on WWFuss. These are declared by the business and are not independently verified by WWFuss.

We encourage you to make your own enquiries before engaging any business, including about insurance, licensing, contracts and pricing.

Any agreement you make with a vendor, whether or not you found them through WWFuss, is strictly between you and that business.

WWFuss is not responsible for:

• vendor performance or service delivery
• vendor communication
• cancellations or rescheduling
• contract terms or payment arrangements
• disputes between you and a vendor

Any estimated wedding cost provided by WWFuss is an indicative estimate only, based on the information you supply and on pricing information available to WWFuss when the estimate is generated.

It is a planning guide. It is not a quote, an offer, a guarantee or a fixed price, and it does not come from any vendor. Actual costs will vary depending on vendor pricing, availability, your own choices and other factors outside our control.

You must not:

• misuse the platform
• attempt to interfere with platform security
• scrape, copy or reproduce platform content
• use WWFuss for unlawful or harmful purposes
• impersonate another person or business
• submit false or misleading information

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

The WWFuss platform, its tools, branding and materials are owned by Weddings Without Fuss Pty Ltd or used under licence. Imagery and content supplied by Partners or third parties remains theirs.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from platform content without our written permission. You may use the platform for your own wedding planning.

The summary, mood board and cost guide generated from your choices are yours to keep, download and share.

WWFuss integrates with third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, CRM management and automated messaging. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors or data handling practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms.

Our website may link to other websites. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WWFuss is provided “as is”
• we do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• we are not liable for the actions, omissions or disputes of any vendor or Partner
• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides.

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account is misused, or if we discontinue the service.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, our business operations or legal requirements. When we do, the Effective Date will change.

If a change materially affects you, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention before it takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
