This Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which Partners participate in the Weddings Without Fuss platform. By creating a Partner account, paying the joining fee, subscribing to platform features, or engaging with couples through WWFuss, you agree to this Agreement.
Partner means any business that pays to participate in WWFuss, including venues, vendors and other paid service listings. Where a term applies only to one type of Partner, this Agreement says so.
1. Purpose of This Agreement
WWFuss is a decision-led wedding platform that helps couples establish the shape of their wedding (style, scale, location, priorities and realistic cost direction) before they search for vendors. We are not a marketplace, directory or booking agent. WWFuss does not act as agent for any Partner or for any couple, takes no part in the agreements couples make with Partners, and does not receive commission on any booking.
This Agreement sets out Partner responsibilities and the boundaries of the platform.
2. Partner Eligibility
To participate as a Partner, you must:
- operate a legitimate business providing services relevant to couples or their guests
- be authorised to represent the business
- provide accurate business information
- comply with all relevant Australian laws and regulations
- hold and maintain the insurance and licences required to operate your business for as long as you are active on WWFuss
- declare truthfully that you meet these requirements during onboarding and at renewal
Insurance and licensing declarations are self-reported and are not independently verified by WWFuss.
Indemnity. You indemnify WWFuss against any loss, claim, cost or liability arising from your failure to hold, maintain, or truthfully declare the insurance or licences required to operate your business.
3. Partner Responsibilities
Partners agree to:
- maintain an accurate and up-to-date profile
- provide truthful information about services, pricing and availability
- respond to enquiries professionally and within reasonable timeframes
- honour commitments made directly to couples
- manage their own contracts, payments and service delivery
- comply with Australian Consumer Law
- comply with the WWFuss Partner Code of Conduct
- notify WWFuss immediately if any required insurance or licence lapses, expires or is cancelled
WWFuss does not manage or participate in Partner–couple agreements.
4. Platform Use
Partners may use WWFuss to:
- receive enquiries from couples
- access optional subscription features
- present their business within the platform
- communicate through approved channels
WWFuss may update platform features over time.
5. Fees and Payments
Joining fee. Partners pay a one-off joining fee to join WWFuss. The fee is displayed at the time of purchase and covers onboarding, profile activation and platform access. The joining fee is not refundable.
Foundation complimentary period. Foundation Partners receive a complimentary period following the joining fee. Its length depends on the Partner type and is stated at the time of purchase. No subscription fees are charged during the complimentary period.
Subscription fees. After the complimentary period, continued access is by subscription, billed in advance, at the rate for the Partner type and the billing option selected at purchase:
| Partner type | Quarterly | Annually |
|---|---|---|
| Vendors | $157 | $523 |
| Venues | $197 | $657 |
| Other paid service listings | $97 | $323 |
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Partners continuing after the complimentary period commit to a minimum of one full subscription period.
WWFuss will give at least one month’s written notice before the first subscription charge, stating the amount, the billing option and the date.
Price changes. The price of a subscription period paid in advance is fixed for that period and will not change during it. Price changes take effect from the next billing date and only after at least one month’s written notice.
Changing billing option. A Partner may change their billing option from the next billing date. Billing options do not change part way through a subscription period already paid for. Where a Partner on quarterly billing gives notice of a change to annual billing before a price increase takes effect, the annual price in force when notice was given applies to their first annual period.
Refunds.
- The joining fee is not refundable.
- Where a Partner cancels, the month in which notice is given and one further month of notice are payable. Any whole months already paid for beyond that are refunded.
- Where WWFuss removes a Partner for breach of this Agreement, no refund is payable.
- Where WWFuss ends a Partner’s participation for any other reason, or discontinues the service, WWFuss will refund the unused whole months of any subscription period paid in advance.
Nothing in this clause limits any right to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Communication With Couples
Partners agree to:
- communicate respectfully and professionally
- avoid pressurised sales tactics
- maintain confidentiality of couple information
- use WWFuss communication channels appropriately
Partners must not:
- send unsolicited marketing outside agreed channels
- use offensive or inappropriate language
- mislead couples about services or availability
7. Partner–Couple Agreements
All agreements between Partners and couples are strictly between those parties.
WWFuss is not responsible for:
- Partner performance
- cancellations or rescheduling
- disputes or disagreements
- contract terms
- payment arrangements
- service delivery
Partners must manage their own contracts, invoicing and obligations.
8. Accuracy of Information
Partners must ensure that all information provided to WWFuss and to couples is accurate, current, reflective of actual services, and free from misleading claims. This includes pricing, packages, imagery and availability.
9. Intellectual Property
Partners retain ownership of their own branding, imagery and content. By uploading content to WWFuss, Partners grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the platform.
Image-rights warranty. You warrant that you own, or have the right to use and upload, all branding, imagery and content you provide to WWFuss, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party, including any photographer.
WWFuss retains ownership of all platform tools, assessments, branding and materials. Partners must not copy, reproduce or reverse-engineer WWFuss content.
10. Data Handling and Privacy
Partners agree to:
- protect any personal information shared by couples
- use data only for legitimate communication or service delivery
- comply with privacy and data protection laws
Partners must not:
- share couple information with third parties
- use data for unrelated marketing
- store data insecurely
WWFuss’s Privacy Policy applies to all Partner interactions.
11. Third-Party Services
WWFuss integrates with third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, CRM management and automated messaging.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, third-party errors, or third-party data handling practices. Partners may also use their own third-party tools at their discretion.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- WWFuss is provided “as is”
- we do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- we are not liable for Partner actions, omissions or disputes
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss
Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Suspension or Removal
WWFuss may suspend or remove Partners who:

- fail to pay subscription fees when due
WWFuss may request corrective action, temporarily suspend access, remove a Partner profile, or terminate participation. Serious breaches may result in permanent removal.
14. Termination
Partners may end their participation at any time by giving one month’s written notice. The month in which notice is given and the following month are payable; billing then stops and any whole months already paid beyond that are refunded under clause 5.
WWFuss may end a Partner’s access if:
- the Partner breaches this Agreement
- the Partner misuses the platform
- the Partner fails to maintain required insurance or licences
- the Partner provides false or misleading information

15. Changes to This Agreement
WWFuss may update this Agreement to reflect platform improvements, legal requirements or industry standards.
Material changes take effect on at least one month’s written notice. A Partner who does not accept a material change may end their participation before it takes effect and will receive a refund of the unused whole months of any subscription period paid in advance.
Minor changes, including wording, contact details and feature descriptions, take effect on publication.
The price of a subscription period paid in advance is fixed for that period. Price changes apply only from the next billing date, on at least one month’s written notice.
